Browse and buy at a US online store of your choice.
Then during their checkout process, use your new eLogX US address with your allocated suite number as the delivery address for your purchase.
That's it! Your parcels will be delivered to our fulfilment warehouse in the U.S.
Remember: before we can ship your parcels to you, you will need to provide us with your credit card details.

Now it's time for you to sit back and we'll take it from here:
We receive your parcels into your suite and send you an email notification that your package has arrived.
We will store your parcels safely in our warehouse for up to 7 days* and await confirmation from you, notifying us when to ship them to you.
* A storage fee will be added if the parcels are kept for longer than 7 days.
Advantage and Premier members can store their parcels for up to 30 days.

Now for the final stretch:
Once you're ready to have your parcels shipped to you, simply SIGN IN and select the items you want to ship.
To save you money or to better safeguard your items, we may repackage your parcels if necessary.
Once we've wrapped everything up, we will ship your parcels to your doorstep* at excellent shipping rates.
* We will attempt delivery directly to you, however some outlying areas may require special arrangements.
